He was predeceased by: his wife Lizzie L. Miller Zook; his parents, Jonathan Zook and Katie Zook Zook; and his siblings, Rebecca Swarey, Lydia King, Annie Stoltzfus, Lizzie Fisher, David, Isaac and John Zook.
He is survived by: his sister Katie (Amos Lapp); and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Miller (Susie) of Lancaster, John Miller (Malinda) of Lancaster, Emanuel Miller (Fannie) of Bird, Jacob Miller (late Kate) of Bird and Emma Lantz (late David).
