He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Sam" Schuler and Roberta Schuler (Gunzenhauser); and his daughter Kate. He is survived by: his friend Marianne Wenger; and his sister Susan.
Dave endured multiple health issues over the years, including an 18-year battle with Parkinson's. Despite it all, he always remained positive and upbeat.
