Jim Lawson wrote a sympathy message

“Angie and I are saddened at the news of Dottie’s passing. I’m a a loss for words of comfort for Dick and their family members. Dick and Dottie, Panama City Beach legends, were loved by so many for so many different reasons. For me, their kind, loving, sweet demeanor and devotion to each other are without comparison. A true, living love story. They were “ the wind beneath each others wings”…. Dottie’s favorite song. My final dedication… Vera Lynn’s, We’ll Meet Again… I love you Ms. Dottie!”
