He is survived by: his wife Hildegard; his children, Gene Frank (Patti) and Margaret Parker (Steve); and his grandchildren, Lauren Parker, Kerry Parker (Edison), Kim Roth (Steve) and Kevin Frank. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
