He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cunningham Kinsey; his children, Brandy Campbell, Leola, David (Brooke Ream), Ryan (Jennifer Kinsey), York and Erin Kinsey; and his siblings, Jack Jr. (Mary Ann Kinsey), Mark Kinsey, Leola and Jason (Sue Kinsey). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
