He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac S. Lantz and Naomi King Lantz. He is survived by: his children, Ronald L. Lantz (Debora) of Smoketown, PA, Allen L. Lantz of Maple Valley, WA, Kathy L. Hornaday (Scott) of Bowling Green, KY and Lisa M. Lantz (Pete Kirk) of East Petersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Alison Spence (Jared), Stephen Lantz (Alyssa) and Katherine Hornaday; his siblings, Ruth Zook, Daniel Lantz, Jonas Lantz, Leah Fisher and Eli Lantz; and his wife Mennonite Church of Kinzers, PA.. He is also survived by five great-granddaughters.
