She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Thomas and Mary Thomas (Knouse); her brother Gene Thomas; and her son-in-law Timothy McIntosh. She is survived by: her children, Deborah McIntosh, Gary Horst (Jan), Marcia Correa (Hugo), Margaret Stoltzfus (Terry) and Todd Horst; and her caregivers, Sarah, Abbie, Holly, Kelsey and Emily. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
