She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph DeGroot and Phoebe DeGroot (Meumier); and her siblings, Lloyd DeGroot, Norbert DeGroot, Milton DeGroot and Mary Judkins.

She is survived by : her siblings, Elaine Larsheid (Jack) and Louis DeGroot (June) of Green Bay, WI; her daughters, Sandy (Jonathan Barrett) and Debbie (John Smucker); and her grandchildren, Sheri Garver, Chad Smucker, Shawnda Koser, Josi Hershey and Lucas Barrett.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 150 Water Street, New Holland, PA 17557.
