She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Shearer and Sarah Shearer; her husband David; her sisters, Ruth Smeltz and Dorothy Walters; and her daughter Sandra Louise Haldeman.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Haldeman (Janice) and Sara Haldeman Scarr (Bill); her grandchildren, Shane, Jason, Jennifer and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Nathaniel, Oliver and Winifred; and her sister Esther Yeagley of Elizabethtown.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Good Samaritan Fund at Brethren Village or the Hand-in-Hand Fire Company.
