He was predeceased by : his parents, William Earl and Flossie Pearl Duncan (Waits); and his siblings, Allan Duncan, Dale Duncan, Bernie Duncan, Donald Duncan, Virginia Turner and Gordon Duncan.

He is survived by : his wife Evie Duncan (Horst); his children, Melissa (Jason Herr), Josh Duncan and Leola; his grandchildren, Isaiah and Sierra; and his brothers, James Duncan, Philip Duncan and Howard Duncan.
