He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Barnes. He is survived by: his son Steven Barnes (Jenny); his grandchildren, Tyler and Amber; his son Jason Barnes (Heather); and his grandchildren, Diana and Matthew. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. (2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Rosedale Memorial Park (3850 Richlieu Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020).
