Carol will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Codispoti and Theresa C. Codispoti; and her brother Dr. Joseph R. She is survived by: her daughter Michele McMonigle (Brian McMonigle); her grandchildren, Brian J. McMonigle and Jaclyn T. Illiano (Joey Illiano); her great grandchild Juliana; and her sister-in-law Joyce Codispoti. She is also survived by many cousins, dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic School (66 Levittown Pkwy, Levittown, PA 19054). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (5201 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020).
