Catherine will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Catherine by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Catherine is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Catherine’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her son William Joseph Strimel; and her brothers, Michael, David and Skip. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Strimel of Levittown, PA.; her grandchildren, Kayla Parsons of Lebanon, PA. and Vincent Strimel (Annie) of Longmont, CO.; and her brother Timothy Hadfield of Vestal, NY.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, coworkers, and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beck-Givnish Life Celebration Home (7400 New Falls Rd, Levittown, PA 19055).
Donations can be made to your charity of choice; however, Cathy would much prefer you spend some time in your nearest casino trying to "hit the big one" in her honor.
