He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kuhar and Mary Louise Kuhar (Dillalogue); his brother Dennis Joseph Kuhar; and his friend Donna Mohollen. He is survived by: his sister Sammi Kruscavage; his brother-in-law Mark Kruscavage; his nieces, Jenna Ball and Courtney Kruscavage; and his son Anthony Kuhar.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Chuck's name to the Oxford Healthcare and Rehabilitation Residents Event Fund.
