She is survived by: her brother Peter Cusate (Dyan) of Perkasie, PA; her nephew Anthony Cusate (Nicole) of Chalfont, PA; her nieces, Kelly Cusate (Christopher DeLeo) of Souderton, PA and Danielle Cusate of Silverdale, PA; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kristian, Riley, Quentin, Jaxon, Isabella, Maddox, Chase, Ellery, Mia and Dominic. She is also survived by aunt, uncles and multiple cousins.
