He is survived by: his daughter Brittany; his son-in-law Leo Osmani; his parents, Carolyn Simmons and Ed Simmons; his grandchildren, Ari Osmani and Wyatt; his siblings, Michelle (Harold Baptiste), Jeanette (John Specca) and Michael (Amy Simmons); his partner's children, Sierra, Leanna and Crew; his nieces and nephews, Justin, Jordan, Jocelynn, Joel, Connor, Haley, Kailyn, Ryan and Leona; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Arianna, Lilly, Adriel and Jacob.
