She is survived by: her children, Jacki (Tom), Kim (Kyle), Jeff (Helane), Mom, Zachary (Paige), Jessica (Rich), Brian, Stefany (Doug), Courtney (Angel), Hunter (Deanna), Evan (Lexis) and Alex (Miranda).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Society in her name.
