She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Urban and Catherine Urban (Charles Flack); her sisters, Dorothy Scavnicky and Eleanor Scatton; and her brothers-in-law, Michael Scavnicky and Michael Scatton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Mastro (David) and Patricia Clark (Kevin); her grandchildren, David Mastro (Elika), Jennifer Clark, Christina Mastro and Michelle Squadrito (James); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Charles Squadrito and Anahita Mastrobattista. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
