She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woolfenden and Irene Woolfenden (Harvey). She is survived by: her husband Edward Blusiewicz, Jr.; her daughters, Karen Kolinchak (Dave) and Kimberly Reeves (George); and her grandchildren, Claudia O'Connell (Benjamin) and Cameron Kolinchak.
