It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Patrick Cook Sr. of Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marie (Kelly) and John J. Cook Sr.; his wife Theresa (Rapino); his children, Kevin Patrick Cook Jr. (Allison), Erica "Ricki" Cook, Mary Kate Cook, Ryan, Maddie, Daulton, Blake and MacKellan; and his siblings, Marie Gervasio (Joseph), Nancy Rorick (Joseph), John J. Cook Jr. (Kathleen), Joseph A. Cook, James M. Cook (Angie) and Karen Meagher (Michael).
