He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charlton and Marie Charlton; his son Jeffrey Charlton; and his siblings, Stephen Charlton and Edna Braam.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Charlton; his son Brian Charlton; and his brothers, Howard Charlton (Wanda) and Albert Charlton (Shirley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
