She is survived by : her children, Curtis Perch (Jonathan Hardin), Ryan Perch (Chrissy) and Rachel Toner (Edward); her grandchildren, Axel, Gloria Perch, Isaac and Scarlett Toner; her former life partner Chet Perch; her sisters-in-law, Karen Smith and Amy Smith; her nieces, Stephanie Tolbert (John) and Amanda Smith; and her nephew Matthew Smith (Crystal).
