Velez, Diana Velez (Jerry), Luis Velez (Connie), Ray Velez (Evelyn) and Elba Torres. He is also survived by his grandchildren, his great-grandchildren, his great-great grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
