She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Hammar and Mary Hammar (Stim); and her sister Donna Jones. She is survived by: her siblings, Marjorie Mozes (The Very Reverend) and Andy Hammar; and her nieces and nephews, Sarah Kravcak, Jeremy Kravcak, John Mozes, Riley Mozes, JT Mozes, Emily Paolini (Anthony), Alexander Paolini, Julianna Paolini, Abigail Paolini, Alexandria Paolini and Anthony Paolini III.
