He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcia Joan Castellano (Jerry James Johnson) and Levittown; and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Nickolas and Samantha; his stepdaughter Amber (Byron); the mother of his children Amanda; his niece Harleigh; and his nephew Jason.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home (2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056).
