He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Devlin and Florence W. Devlin. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Devlin of Levittown, Mark Devlin (Fran) of Levittown and Patrick Devlin (Deirdre) of Bensalem; his wife Barbara Smith; his stepchildren, Joseph (Angel), Jennifer (Steve) and Katherine Smith (Joe); his grandchildren, Haley, Ray, Jordyn, Bub and Jason; and his sister Kathleen Becht (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
