It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Cooper of Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her father Robert L. Cooper III; her stepmother Bakiya Cooper; her mother Tina G. Griffiths; her stepfather Mark Hutchinson; her brothers, Robert L. Cooper IV of Philadelphia, Mekhi C. Cooper and Mishon F. Cooper of Bensalem; and her nephew Mason L. Mainor of Philadelphia. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
