He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; and his daughters, Cindy and Cheryl. He is survived by: his sons, Raymond G. Hook Jr. and Todd Hook; his daughter-in-law Joanne Hook; and his sister Delores Gamba. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
