He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A. and Dorothy M.. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert James, Russell John, Michael Albert and Kenneth Donald; his sisters-in-law, Judith Ann and Marilyn Patricia; his aunt Audrey Preston of Fishers; and his goddaughter Mikala Ruth Boyce of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
