She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Henry and Helen Henry; and her husband John C. "Jack" Voorhees, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Roxane McHugh (David) and John Voorhees, III (Bonnie); and her grandchildren, Charles and Tessa McHugh.
