He is survived by: his brothers, Jeffrey (Linda), Kevin (Diane) and Michael (Julie); his daughter Katie; his son-in-law Sean McNutt; his granddaughters, Amy and Hailey McNutt; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Robbi (Jon), Alyssa (Mark), Amy (Billy), Riley and Jack. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
