She is survived by: her parents, John H. Jr. Lebegern and Betty J. Lebegern (Tomlinson); her children, Amy Alvino (Jay) and Kyle Thomas; her grandsons, James Michal Alvino and Joseph Nicolas Alvino; her brother David J. Lebegern of Canadensis; and her nephew Daniel F. Lebegern.
