She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hoffman and Anna McHugh Hoffman; her husband James R. Blair, Jr.; and her siblings, James, George, John, Thomas Hoffman, Marie Allison, Anna Hunt, Blanche Rago, Helen Vitale, Theresa Nice and Frances Flanagan.

She is survived by: her children, James Blair, Sandra Fody (Scott), Suzanne McFadden (Kevin) and Juli Flynn (Brian); her grandchildren, Steven, Skylar Fody, Ryan, Kevin Blair, Emily, Anna, Margaret McFadden, Brian and Eric Flynn; her niece Colleen Flanagan; her sister-in-law Lorraine Hoffman; and her brother Joseph Hoffman (Etta). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
