He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his siblings, Rick (Roxanne), Joe, Tom (Jen), Joanne and Donna; his nieces and nephews, Brian, Joey (Renee), Rick (Katie), Patrick, Ryan, Owen, Steve (Vicki), Jeff (Holly), Tucker (Stephanie), Shaun, Kerry, Amy (Eric), Melissa, Ali (David), Katie, Helene (Paul), Lindsay, Kristin (Carey) and Becky; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Fox, Piper, Owen, Theo and Crue.
