We bid farewell to Virginia M. Silimeo (Levittown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 1, 2025 at the age of 96. Virginia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Virginia had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Virginia may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Silimeo; her daughter Donna Lynn Reinert; her grandson David Duncan Jr.; and her siblings, Vincent and Maria.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Silimeo (Dan Cohen) and Stephanie Capizzi (Manuel); her granddaughter Katie Hantman (Ross); and her son-in-law Richard Reinert (Susan).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home (2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
