He is survived by: his father Irvin Jr. Swartz; his siblings, Jerry Swartz (Teresa) and Amy Breznik (John); and his nieces and nephews, Thomas DeCasper Dustin (Destiny), Garrett DeCasper (Sydney), Jake DeCasper (Mariah), Courtney Dangelo (Nick) and Kayla Dombrosky (Dane).
