She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Michaels and Mary Michaels (Belicic). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nakiah, Lacey and Ryan; her husband Terry Seibert; her children, Jason L. Seibert and Stephanie M. Seibert; and her sister Julie Seibert.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
