He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Zook (Barrick) and Arthur Zook; his wife Betty Zook (Updegraff); and his sisters, Dorre Kauffman and Ruth Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Larry, Gary, Barry Zook and Debra Nelsen (Clinton). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
