He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Hanley and Pearl E. Hanley (Young); his sons, Terry and Kenneth, Jr.; and his brothers, Harold and Guy.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Rote; his children, David L. Hanley of Orviston and Betty Lou Watkins of Beech Creek; and his siblings, Jerry Hanley of Beech Creek and Ruth Worroll of Lewistown. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
