She was predeceased by: her former husband Walter Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Arthur R. Best, Jr.; and her children, Cindy Cline of Goldsboro, Dennis Best of York Haven, Randy Best of Blue Ridge, TX, Alan Best and Mitchell Best of Destin, FL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.
