He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Mulligan and Eleanor Mulligan (Golcheski); and his siblings, Tom Mulligan and Linda Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Arlene Meyers, Kathy Hindle, John Mulligan, Jim Mulligan, Carol Wayman, Jean Demarest, Patty Mulligan and Ken Mulligan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
