She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. George E. Kelly and Lucinda M. Kelly (McFarland); and her husband Roy J. Hess. She is survived by: her children, Susan Smalley (Keith) of Lewisburg, Patricia Kephart (Ken) of State College, Ann Belue (Dave) of Charlotte, NC and James Hess (Amy) of Lake Kiowa, TX; and her close friends, Amber and Natalee. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
