He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Cook and Beth Cook (Erieg) of Lock Haven, PA. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Graham; his daughters, Maggie Cook Leinen (Zach) of Colchester, VT and Kelsey Cook Jannarone (Bob) of Lancaster, PA; his grandchildren, Emilyn, Cleo Leinen, Ari and Elliott Jannarone; and his brothers, George Cook of Saranac Lake, NY and Sydney Cook of Germantown, PA. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
