She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony Simonetti and Caterina Simonetti (Battista); her husband Leo Smith; her son Jeffrey Smith; and her siblings, Nicholas Simonetti, Virginia Henry, Anthony Simonetti and Grace Thomas.

She is survived by : her sons, Michael Smith (Schae Baumgardner) of Lewistown and Leo Smith (Michele) of Burnham; her siblings, Ange Lindsey of Connecticut, Catherine Royer (Ronald) of Lewistown and Judy Peters (Robert) of Strodes Mills; her grandchildren, Cherie Hannon, LeighAnn Strohecker, Nathan Smith, Dion Smith and Christianna Smith; her great grandchildren, Drew, Gage, Karsyn, Aubrey, Evan, Jaxon, Adelynn, Carter, Nolan, Julianna, Annaleah and Summer; and her great great grandchildren, AnnaMae and Jameson.

A mass of christian burial was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (106 N Dorcas St, Lewistown, PA 17044).
