She is survived by: her parents, Kathy Hays Murphy (Leach) of Mifflintown and Ronald Hays of Arizona; her brother Matthew Lane of Lewistown; her stepsister Tonya Earhart of Mifflin; her aunt Sharon; and her uncle John Lane of Lewistown.
