He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lyons and Lola Lyons (Shaffer); his wife Diana M. Crader; and also Rebecca Morales. He is survived by: his close friend Maxine Everly; his family, Lisa Salyards (Louie), Laura Diehl, Barry Everly and Ethan Everly; and his grandchildren, Joy, Holly, Benjamin, Gabriel, Andi, Shelby and Seth. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.

Contributions in memory of Chuck may be given to the Upper Room Worship Center.
