He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Kepner and Rhoda Kepner (McCahan); and his brother Ralph Kepner. He is survived by: his wife Frances Kepner (Swartz); his children, Jeff Kepner (Pam) of Centre Hall, Penny and Bruce of Spotsylvania, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Garrett, Brenna and Fallon.
