He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Parks (Miller); his son Chris Parks of Colorado; his grandchildren, Michelle Foust (Nick), Cassandra Prince (Chris) and Trenton Beasom (Mikaila Hooper); his great grandchildren, Maverick and Meredith Foust; his grandchildren, Victoria Beasom (Terry) and Eddie; his brother Guy Parks (Sally); and his niece Amanda.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the King-Barr Funeral Home (120 Logan St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
