He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester W. Bailor and Helen M. Bailor (Heaster); and his siblings, Chester W., Dewey C. Bailor, Dorothy L. Bailor and Saundra Searer.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jane Bailor (Wagner); his children, Brian K. Bailor of Laurel Run, Robin L. Stine (Chester) of Lewistown, La Cinda S. Bailor (Steve Carter) of Lewistown and Melanie A. Thomas (Shawn) of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Darah Johnson (Chad), Anthony Mowry (Andrea Bingaman), Lauren Mowry, Brandyn McClary (Stacy) and Brycen McClary; and his sister Audrey J. Kinser of Lewistown. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
