Jack L. Shade Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack L. Shade Jr. of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 19, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack L. Shade, Sr. and Marjorie Shade (Glace); his son J. Douglas Shade; his sisters, Bonnie Hockenberry and Marjorie Shade; and his spouse Gerna Shade (Hannon).
He is survived by: his children, Stacey Piper (Steve) of Lewistown, Rhonda Wingard (David) of Reedsville, Jack Watson (Dana) of Lewistown, Raelene Moore (Donald) of Pueblo, CO and Christine Myers (Steven) of Lewistown; and his brother Barry Shade (Linda) of Kansas. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
